 A fence & a hard place
Working in an already overplanted garden, I try (and fail) not to stomp on the lovely little yellow heads of my favorite sedum.

The windblown flowers of Clematis alpina 'Frankie' are more richly blue face to face, and just drip off this rugged vine.

My hat rack of a crape myrtle (Lagerstroemia indica 'Catawba') is just begging for a clematis boa during the early naked spring days.
