Not many musicians can claim to have performed or recorded with artists as diverse and talented as drummer Art Blakey, pianist Horace Silver, singer Frank Sinatra, and funk pioneer George Clinton. Philadelphia's own Randy Brecker counts these and numerous others among his bandmates over the years, and this experience has made him one of the most sought-after trumpet players on the jazz scene today. For this show, Brecker joins Dr. Taylor's trio onstage in the Kennedy Center's Terrace Theater for another evening of great jazz and conversation.
